Q: Target Analyst generates a report about activity of my Web server. Where does it get the information? |
A: Target Analyst relies on the small JavaScript that gathers information from all visitors on your site. This JavaScript sends data to our servers, where it is analyzed and stored in a database. Reports are created by querying the data stored in this database. |

Q: What Web server software and operating system do I have to use? |
| A: Target Analyst Statistics is OS and Web Server Platform Independent. Macintosh, Unix, Windows, even home grown Web server solutions can be tracked through the same Target Analyst Statistics console. |

Q: Is the service secure? |
| A: Yes. Only those pages with HTML codes are tracked. Server log, network, and user specific data remain confidential. |

Account problem |

Q: How does work this sign up proceee? |
A: The sign up process is very simple. Go to sign up page and enter the requested data. After you finish to enter the requested data press Sign Up button. If there is no other with your username and email in Target Analyst database, at the email address entered by you, you will receive an email with confirmation link. This Confirmation email is necesary for the safely of working process ( avoid the sign up robots). After you receive this confirmation email, you must confirm your Target Analyst account. (the link is in your email). After the confirmation of account you will be able to login as member of Target Analyst. |

Q: After I sign up, I don't receive my confirmation enail. How can I get this confirmation email again? |
A: To receive information about your Target Analyst account go to Send Password and enter username or/and email that you uset to sign up at Target Analyst. You will receive an email with your username, password and a link to confirm your account. |

Implementation and Installing tracking code |

Q: What will I need to do to implement the service? |
A: To implement the service, you'll need to insert a small piece of tracking code into your web pages after the body HTML tag. The code won't be visible to your visitors. |

Q: Will the Target Analyst code cause any damage to my web site or will it interfere with existing tracking utilities? |

A: No. Target Analyst is an invisible tracking service and it won't interfere with any other software. |

Q: Will this service slow down my Web pages? |
|
A: No. While you add a JavaScript for communication with our servers, the time required by these new activities is measured in fractions of seconds and should not be noticeable by your visitors. |

Q: In my web site page, where do I have to put the Target Analyst tracking code? |
A: For a best reporting, you can put the Target Analyst tracking code at the end of the web site page (right before the ending tag of body </body>). |

Q: How many pages can I report on per site? |
A: As many as you want! There are no limitations placed on you at all. |

Q: What I have to do to intall Target Analyst tracking code into web page of my website? |
A: To install Target Analyst tracking code into your web page, you must be a member of Target Analyst (see Account Problem FAQ). If you are already a registerd member, got to login page or login from home page in right up corner. After you login, in left side of page you will see an User Menu which contain a link called Project Manager. Click on it and follow the instruction on right side of page |

| A: This helping information about Target Analyst tracking code you will find it on Settings and the go to

Q: When are my reports available for viewing? |
A: Your reports should be available within minutes of adding our code to your Web pages, and from that point on are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Regularly, we perform maintenance task on our servers. During these periods statistics are not available, however, the service still collects data from your site. |

I just added the HTML Code on my Site.
I didn't make any changes on the coding.
After uploading my page to the server, I went to my page and checked later on with your statistics, but it shows 0 visits.
I am sure that is something wrong. Maybe I should have changed something in the HTML CODE? |
| A: Yes. You may use the tracking code provided into help page, not that from the Installation page. To be able to see reports, in your web site page, you must have the tracking code provided into Installation page. |

| Q: How can I pay to see my reports? |
| A: After your 30 days free trial period expired, to be able to view the repots, you must pay $39.95 per month. The payment is done for 30 days. Payment form can be found at User Menu (in left side of page) by clicking on image link with credit card. |

| Q: How can I pay for over more 30 days? |
| A: Using the instruction from the answer of previous question, you can pay for 30 days. If you want to pay for more than 30 days use the same procedure for every 30 days to pay. |

| Error Reporting

Q: I got an error! How can I report it? |
| A: First of all copy into clipboar the WEb Browser Explorer address bar. Go to Contact Us page and from the bottom page form at Subject select Technical Injury and in message paste content of your clipboard (text from address bar of the page that contain the error). |
